Job Description:

Summary: 

As an IT Solutions Architect at Cogent, you will play a vital role in pre-sales, proposal development, and the implementation of cutting-edge solutions. With a deep understanding of application development, cloud technologies, and the software development life cycle (SDLC), you will create custom IT solutions that align with clients' business objectives. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, excellent communication, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop custom IT solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Lead the development and presentation of compelling proposals and business cases to win new business opportunities.
  • Design and implement innovative application development and cloud-based solutions to address client requirements.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the delivery of competitive solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship within the team to encourage innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • 10-15 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 3 years of experience in solutioning.
  • Preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in business development and proposal writing.
  • Deep knowledge of application development and cloud technologies, including familiarity with leading cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • In-depth understanding of areas such as large-scale IT infrastructure design and integration, enterprise IT, network and systems integration, network operations, administration and engineering, information assurance/security, and website and app development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of developing competitive and winning IT solutions.
