Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the success of the region, managing revenue targets, sales targets, strategy, and account growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact in the US for key client decision-makers and contract representatives.
  • Manage and mentor a dedicated team in India focused on servicing the region's staffing business.
  • Foster client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with Cogent's services.
  • Cross-sell and introduce other service offerings to existing clients, engaging internal Cogent SMEs when needed.
  • Lead the pursuit of new business for the region through business development, sales presentations, lead generation, and proposals.
  • Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to reach new customers.
  • Increase business with existing customers and maintain accurate communication in our CRM system.
  • Raise Cogent's visibility by attending networking events and conferences.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA strongly preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in the Staffing industry, including Account Management, Recruitment, and/or Sales Management.
  • Track record of managing a book of business exceeding $10 Million/year in revenue.
  • Experience working with Large Enterprise or Government accounts.
  • Proven management experience with offshore teams, preferably in India.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results from your team.
  • Strong career progression, showcasing growth throughout your career.
  • Experience driving business from existing accounts and consistently being a top staffing supplier.
  • Successful track record of pursuing new customers and closing business.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional client presentation skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience in SLED Staffing.
  • Experience managing IT-related accounts.
  • Strong professional presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and Jobdiva.
